Fish-shaped container for Ganges water, oil or perfumery. Its body consists of rows of scales connected on the back and abdomen with movable fins. Its eyes are highlighted with a pale wine-red crystal inlay. At the top of the fish's head is a horn-like hook, probably, due to the suspension, for a chain or cord. In the mouth of the fish you can see a removable plug with a leaf pattern. The movable, flexible scaly body is so carefully assembled that even water poured into it does not leak out of it.
Material: silver.
