We recommend that you inform yourself in time about discounted and group entry options, how to pre-register for guided tours and museum education sessions. Free tickets can only be requested on site, at the start of the visit, with proof of eligibility. The opening hours of the museum shop are the same as the opening hours of the museum. Exhibition halls at Hopp Museum are located on the first floor, and, are NOT accesible by wheelchair or pram.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
However, the oriental garden around the museum building is easily accessible people living with physical disability.
