Busy street with French colonial style stone houses. There are stalls on the sidewalks, under shade trees, and on the road a bare-footed, shirtless man pulls a wide forklift. The several pedestrians come and go on the road, looking around, a man in a light suit and a tropical helmet is looking at the corner of the sidewalk. Saigon, street on the banks of the Arroyo (river) (which crosses Saigon).
