It is presumed that this zhuo-type small table was a toy.The cover is decorated with the figure of a kui dragon flying among clouds. Artefacts with covers coated with turquiose glaze are known from the Jiajing (1522–1566) and the Wanli reigns (1573 –1619); this table is presumed to be produced in this latter period.
