Casted bronze brooch of onion knob type with arched bow and the wing with small central 'onion'-shaped knob and terminals. Its foot and pin are missing.
These types of Late Imperial brooches were very popular across the entire Roman Empire. It is suggested that they very produced in imperial workshops along with other military equipment. It was part of the male garment, mostly worn on the right shoulder, with pin-catch upright.
