The scroll painting depicts a towering white Thai stupa enclosed by walls. Buddha clad in a monk's robe sits on a square platform in front of the stupa floating amidst the clouds, holding his hands in a gesture of meditation. The narrow band that framed the scroll painting is missing and so is the narrative scene.
