Buddhist book of 23 palm leaf pages written in Khmer script . The text of the manuscript goes back to the Pāli Canon (Tipiṭaka), the earliest unified collection of texts of Theravada Buddhism, popular in mainland Southeast Asia. Its pages, pierced in two places, are held together by a cord, and the edges are gilded.
