In the center, the blue colored Bhaisajyaguru sits in a lotus seat, holding a tree branch in his right hand and a bowl of nectar in his left hand. Around him are the other Healing Buddhas, and in front of him is an angry deity with a blue body color, probably a form of Mahakala.
