Male figure standing on a lotus throne, with his hands in the greeting gesture (Skt.: anjali mudra). He is dressed in the Burmese court costume with peaked cloud collar and layered waistclothes. The sculpture may originally have been the ornament of a pendiment or of a wooden roof structure, fitted into its place with the tenon below the lotus pedestal.
