The cylindrical body of this cup stands on a high, round base. On the base, there are six-character marks arranged in two vertical lines: 藏春亭Cangchunting, 西畝造 Ximu zao ’Pavilon hiding the spring, made by Ximu’ (on the basis of Lili Kecskés’s translation).
