Enamelled metal plate with the embossed shape of the 8th bogdo gegeen in the center. Around it is the seven possessions of the Universal Ruler, the Chakravartin, i.e. the seven precious jewels of Buddhist symbol groups (Tibetan: rin chen bdun).
