A glass bowl with a spherical body and flat base, whose rim turns slightly inwards. Its translucent surface is decorated with an incised composition consisting of a dense network of concentric circles. While glass vessels with incised decorations were common throughout the Roman Empire, examples similar to this one were primarly produced by Sassanian glass-makers, especially in the sixth and seventh centuries.
