Babesh Chandra Sanyal, the famous Indian painter and sculptor, arrived in Hungary in January 1956 as one of the exhibitors and organizer of the Indian art exhibition held in Budapest. At the invitation of Hungarian painters, he and his fellow artist, H. A. Gade, spent a few days in the artists' house in Zsennye, where Sanyal painted the picture. The picture is made with oil paint on canvas and authentically depicts the Hungarian landscape.
