Manjusri (Skr.: Mañjuśrī, Tib.:’jam dpal, Mong.: Manjuširi) the Boddhisattva of Trancendent Winsdom holds a lotus flower and a sword that cuts the ignorance. He wears princely attire and is adorned with jewels typical of boddhisattvas. He is seated in vajra position on triangular, bulging lotus throne that is divided into five parts. Upcurling lotus petals and engraving decorate the throne.
