Hand knotted woolen carpet from the Mughal era. A piece of woolen carpet with a thick knot, worked on a strong cotton material, withapprox. 4850 knots / dm2. Green, yellow, white patterns on a burgundy background. With stylized lotus buds in the middle, a bright asoca branch around it.
