Ornamental object carved of horn, decorated with wayang figures

Object for daily use or for decoration, made of buffalo horn. The illustration shows the richly carved decoration on the horn-shaped body, the serrated mouth opening and the clever little supports of two pieces inserted into the sides. The centrepiece of the decoration is a wayang figure, a typical Javanese motif.
