The album containing Dezső Bozóky's travelphotos (second). Related item: A.4760.2. (album). Unknown photographer. Photograph purchased by Dezső Bozóky. The corner of a market with potters and straw sandal sellers. The potters squatting in the foreground sell large pots for vegetables and rice noodle. Further away, large, round vessels with handles for water transport can be seen, as well as large vessels for kimchi, a type of fermented vegetables. On the left side of the market, pots of varying sizes can be bought for the storage of soy beans, chilli paste and other foodstuff. In the upper right corner of the picture, a straw sandal seller sits under a sunshade, surrounded by sandals in round stacks. The carrying-frame outside the sunshade is also laden with sandals.
