The ornamented textile depicts two dragons playing with a flaming pearl. Above them, separeted by some Chinese good luck knots, five items from the treasures of the Chinese Scholar can be seen (from the left: two scrolls, a scroll for calligraphy, a collection of books, Chinese chess (In Japanese: go), and a rhinoceros horn, which - due its rareness - was a gift for those who gained an official position in the era of the Chinese Empire.
