On this mandala Buddha Vairocana himself and his retinue are not illustrated as a manifetsed being, but represeted by their gestures, attributes and symbols. At the botton of the manadala the Sumeru mountain and waves, and the top the Sun and The Moon can be seen. There are many buddhist symbols on it as ornametation.
