The fringed outer border of the apron worn during the Buddhist Tsam dance ceremony worn at the Buddhist Cam dance ceremony, which usually depicts rows of skulls and/or flames, is missing. The interior of the apron is decorated with hand-sewn appliqués on a black background. In the center is a head of a red wrathful deity wearing a skull tiara, necklace and earrings, and in the four corners are white skulls with flame protruding from them
