In the center of the four times repeating image of the prayer flag (Tib.: rlung-rta, Mong./Khalkha.: kei mori/xiimori) made with black paint on Chinese paper, the Wind-paripa (tib: rta mchog) and on the rest space the Tibetan text can be seen.
