Following an approximately half-hour illustrated lecture on New Year traditions, guests are served traditional New Year sweets and matcha tea in the authentic Japanese tea room of the Hopp Museum. On 11 December, continuing our International Mountain Day tradition, we are delighted to host expedition climber Csaba Varga, who has already climbed several eight-thousanders, most recently in 2023, reaching Nanga Parbat without a high-altitude breathing apparatus or the help of Sherpas. More ❯❯❯
