    BAMBOO & DESIGN | Summer arts and crafts exhibition and fair

    For a day, the Hopp Museum's orientalising garden will again serve as a picturesque background for beautiful works of applied art. Last June the lotus was the common motif, in October the ginkgo, and for this early summer exhibition we have chosen bamboo, the various species of which can be found in the Hopp Museum garden. The objects presented by the artists are related to bamboo in their material, form or technique, as well as to the Japanese artworks on display in the Hopp Museum's current temporary exhibition.
