Hopp Museum welcomed two international interns this summer

For the Library, Çağla Aydın (Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, Istanbul) carried out the recording of the copies of the Turkish-language magazine Belleten in the Huntéka integrated system(152 records), the digital administration related to the magazine and the request of the missing issues from the publisher. She also got involved in works with the Mongolian Collection: she renamed 350 images in the TMS museum database programme. She also participated in the collection works aimed at re-organizing the Zichy Collection, and examined the texts that serve as identification aids for certain Seljuk-Turkish and Ottoman objects. In addition, for the Archive she attached 1.014 items of photos to the database data sheets included in the TMS database programme.  

Felicia Henn Chiang 江嘉婷 (Tainan National University of the Arts, Taiwan) identified the Chinese books of Sinology professors Dr. Mária Ferenczy and Dr. Barnabás Csongor that are going to be donated to the Library of the Ferenc Hopp Museum of Asiatic Arts, classified them by content and recorded the data of the books in an excel (866 books).
